02 - Combine eggs, spinach, milk, salt, and black pepper in a blender. Blend until spinach is finely pureed and mixture reaches vibrant green color.
03 - Gently press one ham slice into each muffin cup, molding it to form a cup shape that will hold the egg filling.
04 - Sprinkle a small amount of shredded cheddar cheese into the bottom of each ham-lined cup.
